6 whole small dill pickles or cut into ½’s

1 egg

1/4 cup Milk

1 Cups of Young’s All Purpose Breading and Batter Mix

Cooking Oil


Beat eggs and milk together and place in bowl covering the pickles. In another bowl, place the Young’s All Purpose Breading and Batter Mix.

Roll pickles in the dry mix and then in the egg/milk mixture until coated. Reroll in the dry mix again.

Pan or deep fry at 350 degrees for about 3 to 5 minutes or until tender and golden brown . Be sure your oil is hot!!

Drain on paper towel.

Serve immediately.

Yields about 6 servings
